Square Meters: 2,500
An appreciation of the outdoors guided the environmental solutions adopted in this project. The natural elements create a sense of comfort. The setback between the buildings was transformed into a large square covered by a pergola with triangular metal. The space allows for public use and is equipped with benches, gardens, and pleasant light without interference from walls or grid. The sunscreen in standard wood creates a clear synergy with the external environment. On the backside of the old building parking area, the use of store materials becomes the major attraction of the project as it creates a huge opening wall to Ibirapuera Park. The opening is closed by laminated and tempered glass providing additional natural light into the space.
